All exchanges and returns should be mailed to:

- Please include original receipt.
- If we are sending you a new shirt/jeans due to incorrect sizing, please include a note with the size you would like.
- Include all contact information with the return, including address, phone number and e-mail, so we can notify you upon receiving your return.
- In-store credit, exchanges for same product or a full refund will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
- Exchanges or returns must be sent back within 15 days of your product arrival.This will be determined by the delivery date when a tracking number is used. If no tracking number is included in purchase, we will use 30 days from the date your item was shipped.
- Return shipping will be refunded for exchanges. If a refund is requested we can't refund the return shipping, as we can only refund to a max of what original order was.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. All tags, including hangtags, must be attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
